Never found app been so lousy
Pls finish this app! This app seems like in the early of developing. Reporting on a defect keeps disappearing after save. How many times need to report the same area. Unable to select few photos at the same time for same defect. Extremely hard to scroll through the plan. Unable to keep colour of pen, every time drawing is in black colour. Pls refine this and update more often. Otherwise developer don't use this app. Really giving user headache just for reporting defect. Really mad!

Blank page after tried out numerous times! Please fix it & improve it ASAP. The defects work are delayed due to this unstable system.

Not able to find the unit
My inspector is being granted access to upload my defect report on behalf but my inspector still can’t find my unit and not able to get into my unit in app. Your app bug is causing my defect delayed! Please fix!

Managed to check balances yesterday while today everything is blank and empty. Do better guys, be better developers before you sell a product which crashes all the time !!

Information data leak!
It appears that this app contains all the important customer info that could be sold to property agents and ID companies. Reported to PDRM for further investigation on which staff is taking all the info and sellng it out making profit.

Keep crashing and loading
It just takes forever to load to the home page. It also frequently crashed and requires new uploads. The photos are limited to three pieces per defect. And it also takes forever to upload the photos. A lot of times the photos failed to upload and re-upload is required.
Defect filling lack user guidelines
Lack of user guidelines. Unit defects filling went in silo. User unable to identify if the reported defect is received by the contractor.
