Difficult to use
This interactive catalog is awful and I wanted to order 4 items. All discontinued except the mascara. Going to find a new company to use.
Don’t know why it’s rated so high
I don’t understand why this app is rated so highly. I could not get anything to work! And to do the “try on” you have to download yet another app. Oh my goodness! I couldn’t get the wishlist made, I couldn’t add to shopping cart, only look. Oh well. Not sure what is so interactive about this.
Now I Realize
This App helped me have everything Mary Kay at my finger tips. Being able to share instantly with my customers, has helped me improve my customer service. Thank you Mary Kay #joannaandrademk

I am unable to share the catalog with customers. Functions don’t work
App does not open on my apple iPad
There seems to be a problem with this app. I’ve downloaded several times on my iPad and it does not open. It opens and remains on the start page and does not go any further. I Had to delete it. Can someone look into this and report back?

I have been a customer of Mary Kay since 2000 I love the products especially the Time wise Repair & Charcoal Mask. So many other quality products, great customer service from my consultant and a company for women empowerment.
Un poco confuso
Cuando envío el eCatalog por texto o mensaje FB me dice que no se encontró nada o no hay paginas. Le aprieto y me lleva a la página de Mary Kay y ahí busco el catálogo. Los clientes tienen que hacer más pasos para buscar el catálogo.

I have been use Mary Kay products for past 20 years and I love the Mary Kay products. They are the best in my opinion. Reasonable priced. Instead of the highly priced at the stores products which are totally overpriced. I highly recommend Mary Kay. I’m 65 and I get a lot of compliments for my youthful looking skin. I have had women try to guess my age and their guess usually is 57. I tell I’m 65 they looked surprised at my actual age.I highly, highly recommend Mary Kay products.

Pyramid scheme of all pyramid schemes. One of the worst MLMs out there. And as if they don’t have the nerve enough to take a lot of money from you, they throw sky daddy in the mix. Basically they tell you that if you make sales, you’re doing “the lords work”
