I left a two star review earlier because I couldn't get the camera and skin analysis to work.
The reason why it didn't work was because I needed to update the app.
Once I did that, it worked perfectly! I'm pleased and planning on sharing it with my family and friends.

Bug glitches
App used to work well. Now the camera is constantly glitching and can’t get an accurate reading of the skin. Errors pop up
Disappointed
Every time my the camera snaps my face it tells me there was an error and to take a photo again. All instructions have been followed and it says the same thing no matter how many times I retake the photo.

I love this app!!! Takes you deep in your skin and details damages not often seen by the naked eye and best of all tells you what to use to eliminate the problem!

It takes a long time for the picture to take even when your face is in the right position.

I’m a consultant and I continue to have problems getting the app to work. It doesn’t seem to save the data when I use it and has so much trouble taking the photos.

It took me time at the beginning to learn how to use it. Even though I follow all the structures, I could not make it work. So I called customer service and a really nice lady explained to me that I have to have my eyes look direct to him the lens camera in order to work. So I follow her instructions and now it works perfectly. Just make sure you’re looking direct to the camera lens, and not looking down or sideways👀😁
