Restore purchase doesn’t work after uninstalling and reinstalling

I paid for the premium subscription and straightaway the app stopped working properly. It started freezing often and then started showing my test results as 0 even if I answer all questions correct. Once I uninstalled and reinstalled, it no longer restored my purchase. There’s no customer care number. Felt cheated. Want my refund.
