No purpose
The only capabilities it has is to find your nearest Mary Lou’s? I assumed that it was a rewards program or where you could pre-order coffee. There definitely needs to be something more to this app...
Subpar
This app needs to have more features. Especially some type of rewards for shopping so often. Also I tried to start a chat and the button doesn’t work.
Not worth it
If I could this this app 0 stars I would. It’s a waste of space on your phone. It took all of 2 minutes to get down to the fact that all it does is show locations and menus. How about adding an order ahead option similar to Dunks or Starbucks? Maybe some type of rewards program? This is just an app version of a standard Google search. Not worth it...

HAZARD PAY 2020 (COVID-19 COMPENSATION)
The company only gave their baristas a $1.20 raise for COVID-19. They removed that raise as of 7/3/2020. If you are aware of the current situation involving the virus, we are facing over 50,000 new cases a day. Marylou’s still requires a mask to be worn by their employees... but why? They act as if there is no pandemic, so therefore what are the masks for. I believe we should all wear masks, and do our part. So, Marylou’s, when will you do yours?

Waste of time space
This app would be worth it, if I was to order ahead. This is a waste of time and storage space
Useless
You can’t order ahead, earn rewards, or even look up store info. Clicking different links just forwards you to the website. Download only if you want to waste storage space on your phone. So disappointed.
No perks
Just takes you to the menu on their website
Glitchy
Half the app doesn't work. Not everything loads. Doesn't show all locations (namely Braintree/Quincy area). Wish you could order ahead.
What's the purpose?
The app finds your local Marylou's and shows the menu. That's it. No rewards, no ordering ahead, no store hours, etc., easier to just check with google. A waste of memory space.
