Does not let me add ny car with the VIN it keeps saying “something went wrong” disappointed :(

Can’t verify email, can’t log in. Useless.
Updates?
Every update always causes issues. It shows my name but says I need to add password. Password doesn’t work. Request new password and new password doesn’t work!!!!!
This App pushed me out of the brand
I had a 2019 Gran Turismo, the last production year of that generation, and I don’t qualify as an owner on this pointedly useless app. Very happy with my new Aston Martin.
Clunky UX
Maserati seems to only be generating ill will with this app. I have at sweet new Granturismo and can’t even verify my email. Instead of brand engagement, the app adds to the brand frustration.

The title says enough.
Only for New owners
Maserati all previously does not care about the vintage owners or supporting the longevity of those who appreciate their classic cars. This I deduced by recently acquiring a classic Maserati and being denied access to their support page on their lifestyle app since I do not have a brand new vehicle.

Like almost everything Maserati does — complete garbage. Convoluted setup, unexplained errors pop up everywhere. Obviously no QA, no maintenance, just awful. Don’t waste your time.

i have a 2019 levante and i have tried entering my vin many times and all the app does is say “something went wrong”. this app is useless!!!!!!!! the other maserati app does not even recognize my login. total pieces of junk.
