Major flaw in how data is presented
The app recorded I had 4 “minor” events overnight but you’re not able to view exactly what happened during those events such as a low/fast heart rate, low oxygen reading for example. Completely useless to show an event but not to specify what happened during the event. I even sorted through the oxygen reading, heart rate, and respiratory rate during the specified times it said I had a “minor” event and the parameters were normal. I called the tech support for Misimo and they were completely useless and had minimal knowledge of their product.

Wasted Money, Useless Data, Cumbersome Device
I regret not reading the reviews before buying. I assumed something with medical grade background would be stellar. I could not be more disappointed and annoyed. No where did explain that this product is disposable! $80 for something that lasts 7 to 14 days, and is cumbersome to put on and take off, and provides useless data in the app.
Every morning you have to remove the battery (no on/off switch), put tape over the exposed metal connectors, and replace the adhesive for the finger. And it still will only last a maximum of 7 - 14 days.
The data in the app is useless. It provides a summary to show you had “events” and gives you a red dot for “major events” and yellow for “minor events” showing how long they lasted, but then does not explain what the events are. Some of my major events lasted several minutes, and multiple minor events lasted several minutes without telling me what it was. I called and Tech Support said they’d get back to me, which never did, and I emailed but reply said to “look at the overall trend.” There is a “Halo” rating. What the heck is that?! The overall trend of what?!

Mediocre results
First, it's not technically one use. The instruction manual clearly states it will last for 96 hours - that's just shy of 14 days at 7 hours of sleep per night. And there are enough sticky wraps in the package for two 7-night studies.
The bigger problem is that the results are less than stellar. It shows some basic metrics (like every other sleep tracker) and does O2 tracking. But it also computes a composite score and doesn't tell you how. Worse, after the seven nights, the final instructions are literally "look at your trend and if it tracks downward, here's some tips for better sleep!" And the tips are basically exercise and no drinking.
I was excited to have something medical grade to track sleep but this was a complete waste of money.

Beware 1 times use
Hopefully you did already buy the hardware. It’s a one time use ripoff. Buy a quality product you can uses as many times as you like such as a Nonin. Big disappointment.
Bait and switch.
No mention in any documentation that it’s good for one use. Waste of money. Sending it back, unused.
