Masks On

The best conversations are the ones you can't put your name to. Masks On gives you the cover to have them, clears them once they're over, and asks only for a few seconds of your voice so nobody has to wonder if you're real. WHY A CLOCK CHANGES EVERYTHING Permanence makes people careful. Take it away and something loosens. Every chat opens with a countdown you can both see. Want longer? Extend it together. Want out? Let it run down and it ends on its own. Nobody has to write the awkward goodbye. DISCOVER, DON'T SWIPE See who's around and awake right now, shared interests, roughly how far away, who's online this minute. Your exact location never leaves your phone. It's rounded to a city-sized area before anyone sees a distance. TODAY'S FLIRT One prompt a day, the same one for everyone. Answer it and your answer goes up on the wall. If someone's answer gets you, light it up. It's the lowest-effort way to find out who thinks like you before you say a word. TRIO CHATS Some conversations are better with three. Bring in a third and see what happens. HUMAN-CHECK Anyone can claim anything behind a mask. Verify yourself out loud, live, and your card carries a voice ribbon — so you can show there's a person behind the mask without showing your face. BUILT SO IT CAN'T BE READ Text, photos, video and voice notes are encrypted on your device before they leave it, with a private key that never leaves your keychain. Photos and clips can burn after they're opened. Hide any thread behind Face ID. It's built so we can't read it either. YOURS TO SHUT OFF Language filter. Block and report on every profile. Mute what you don't want to see. Delete your account from inside the app, and the sweep takes your data with it, including the threads, on both sides. ABOUT OUR LAUNCH A new app is quiet before it's busy. During our launch period, some of the cast you'll meet in Discover is AI conversation partners we've added so the rooms aren't empty while real members arrive. They stay inside the app. They can't meet you, take a call, move you to another app, or open photos, voice notes or trio chats. Everyone else is people. 18+. Masks On is for adults.
