Been with the credit union since it was only for MBTA employees 33 yrs ago. They’ve always helped me out with several loans and times when I’ve been scammed. They’re more personal than a bank they take care of their members still now since it’s changed To Mass Bay CU.
Needs more features
Would be nice if you understood everyone don’t have space on device to update it to the latest version, if I did, I would. Now I can’t check my bank account smh.

Great response to messages
Very user friendly software, the response time for messaging is very reasonable and they take every matter with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Mass Bay I’ve been a customer for 30 plus years
HELOC account
Unfortunately there is no way to do principal only payments using the app. You have to call and wait on the phone to get connected or to visit a branch office to request payment.
Needs more features
Would be nice if you can lock your card on this app. And it would be nice to be able to update personal information like addresses.
Transfers
I can’t believe how easy it is to use the app, the transfers being so fast and free make my life very convenient; I would recommend this credit union to anyone!!
Mobile deposit

Impossible
This is my works bank and they could not make it any harder to do anything with.
Ex. Venmo , Zelle, mobile deposit , transfers …etc
All seems impossible without a trip to Boston to visit there branch.

So easy
At my age its hard to do most modern things, like a computer or online banking, but the MBCU makes it easy. Thank you
Remote Deposit
It took more than 5 attempts to get the deposit done
Ok
Works great except you can’t deposit a check. The capture feature to photograph the check does not work.
Account balance
When reviewing transactions it does not provide total account balance like it use to do with every transaction with the previous app. It just displays transactions. Not good. Ruins the whole app in my opinion. Hopefully you folks can add that feature. Then I would give it a 5 star.

This app is 100x better and more integrated than the previous app. It’s amazing the difference
