Wonderful app that has stood the test of time and space!
I’ve been using this app faithfully since 2014 and have taken it to multiple states and countries, and it has never failed me.

Since downloading I have used this app almost everyday to locate mass times. Its my go to.

Why did you mass with the UI? This app was awesome! but after the update it is a pain to use :((((((((

Great App to find Mass Times
Love the ease of use! We use it each time we travel and it’s come in so handy. You can see church locations near you, mass times, links to bulletins, websites and so much more! Thank you!!

Everything I needed. I am very grateful that this app was created. It’s a lifesaver. Really easy instead of searching on google and not being able to find the mass/confessions around you and the times.
You could randomly think of going to mass and just open the app and will find MANY at that moment. It literally makes life easier. They have many resources. AND ITS FREE! We are soo lucky!

Indispensable!
For any Catholic who church hops or travels often, this is essential. I consult Mass Times at least once a week for confession, mass, and adoration times nearby. Thank you so much, Mass Times team!!
Changed and not so much for the better
This app used to have a filter to put in a different rite, or whether or not you wanted to specify a TLM. It is no longer there. Was a really great feature
My “go to” App
I have used this App for a long time and before the App I used their website. I’m always impressed by the accuracy of the information and how frequently it is updated. I not only use it for my frequent trips but even at home when I need to find Adoration or times for Reconciliation.
Not great for TLM, but it helps for confession!

Couple of upgrade recommendations
You don’t need to have precise location so for clients’ privacy you should switch this off.
You should grab the phone’s time zone and time to display mass at the time wanted by the majority of your clients. I find it frustrating to have to scroll down to the right time masses as I am using it primarily to know where my choice of mass is, I like to visit different churches ideally.

its a good app, but some issues
the latest version of this app is not efficient on updating parish mass times. There are mass times that ive tried to change recently, and those changes are bot reflected in the app interface even tho ive made the change numerous times.
i like how the app used to be, where you vld sign up to be one of the moderators and login and make the changes.
its still an app ill keep using, and im grateful it exists! thanks

What Happened?
I used to use this site; but now it’s a piece of junk. It’s not user-friendly. Whatever you did to this App, that you thought you were improving, you just ‘screwed’ it up. It used to be really good to use. Very disappointing.
Doesn't seem to work in Lockdown mode
The app, as well as the MassTimes.org website, seem to not work when lockdown mode is enabled on the iPhone.

Change does not necessarily mean improvement
This was a great app. Anytime we traveled I would look up and see where the closest church was and what time their Mass was. However, now it doesn’t work that way. Now, Masses are indicated by the time not the location. This caused me to miss Mass at the closest church this weekend, and have to drive more than twice the distance because the app did not tell me that the closest church only had Mass on Saturday evening. I do not appreciate the change. Now you are inundated with a lot of superfluous information while just hunting for a close church.
I received a response from the developer and was advised that you COULD still find Masses by location. The problem is that it is difficult to locate. You need to go to the Mass Menu and select ALL. I would have never found that without their reply. Hopefully it will become part of the filters option.
Upgrading my review from one to three stars. I would love to upgrade it to five. I sincerely appreciate assistance in finding Mass while on vacation.

Thanks for leaving a review, Acwiz56. There is a new default sorting order: churches having Mass for the current day, sorted by time of day. You can easily change the sorting order back to churches by distance by selecting "All" in one of the filters ("Mass" or day). That will take care of your navigation question. We'll soon introduce a one-click switch to change the sorting order between time and distance.

Needs to default to Apple Maps
This new version tries to open Google maps. This is iOS and should default to Apple maps. It was a really nice feature that went away in this new version.
