App doesn’t recognize iPhone 7+ Haptic Engine
Right after I paid for app error appeared stating my iPhone doesn’t support haptic engine. However my iPhone 7+ does have haptic engine, as do all iPhones after 6S. Also my phone does vibrate and respond with physical clicks leaving me to think it’s not a hardware issue with the phone.
In Settings I have set Sounds & Haptics to vibrate on ring, silent and enabled System Haptics. In Settings, Accessibility Assistive Touch, 3D & Haptic Touch, Touch Accommodations and Vibrations are all enabled.
In addition, was not able to contact developer team from within app due to app freezing. Fortunately saved email as draft and was able to send using Apple Mail app.
