Won’t even let me log in
I downloaded the app and attempted to create a login but it won’t even let me create a password. Useless!
Good charger
After a system update and equipment upgrade, right now the Massimo EV charger works great. I’ve been using this device and this system for like 3 months and the all have been working perfectly. The UI is now much better and data is easier to access now.
Cannot Login
Haven’t been able to login to this App for months. Says “Account not Registered”. Yes of course I’m using the right username/password because it’s stored in LastPass and if I try to reset the password it knows what I had previously used.
Cannot control necessary functions or monitor usage without the ability to login to this app.

Charger works, app doesn’t
Everything seems to connect, but charging information does not flow from the charger to the app
App reset and cannot re-register charger
All account settings on the App were lost, perhaps due to new version download.
Am not able to register the already installed chargers back onto the app. When scanning the QR code receive an error message that the station was already added by another user…
Don’t expect this to work or if it does work, don’t expect it to continue to work.
The Charger itself is fine, but need to treat it like a dumb charger, without any connected features.
