Had this for years and it was great. After this last update the app will not open
New Version Is Awful
Why did they update this app unnecessarily? The layout is no longer as tight and neat as the older version. The motivational slogan garbage at the top is cringeworthy and annoying. It’s a banking app! How do you mess up a simple banking app?
Bring back widget
I miss the widget feature. Taking that feature away is very inconvenient. It was nice to see everything quickly from the widget screen.
Great credit union, bill pay on app is clunky
Love the credit union! Only feedback is the bill pay feature on the app is a bit clunky. Previous version was easier to use. Great credit union, though!

Bill pay
Bill pay section of this app is absolutely the worst. I have 2 other banks I use and I used to brag about how smooth and easy it was to use your app, now I am embarrassed and aggravated about how horrible it is. Nothing is easy on this app

Account update take longer the traditional banks

Please fix quick balance widget on iPhone. I haven’t been able to see the quick balances in weeks. I’ve turned it on and off, force quit the app, and uninstalled and reinstalled widget. Please fix
Cont even open
It would be nice if I could open the app and actually see what I have. It unlocks my account but proceeds to load for over hours at a time never showing me anything. Really disappointed because it was working great till the update.

I absolutely love the convenience of the MMFCU app. It makes my life so much easier to check balances, transfer money between accounts, and/or even to pay bills on the go with peace of mind my transactions are secure. The Face ID is extremely helpful when logging in as well. Highly recommend!!!
Fixed for 5 stars
Got a response today and they have earned my 5 star rating after replying to my earlier rating of 1 star. I can now save my monthly statement to my external drive using my iPad. Well done!
