Badges stopped working
Badges stopped working even though the bounce count is now over 26,663. 2 months later and we still haven’t received the 25k badge count. My son is pretty bummed it has yet to update and says this app is pretty bad. Can we even trust the bounce count?
Doesn’t even work
When this ball arrived I was so excited to play with it. Turns out I cant. Ive tried a million times to make an account and every time i press sign up it doesn't do anything. Ive also tried to log in and deleted the app and still have no luck. The ball is also crazy hard and doesn't work on my floors. Im frustrated that i spent 12$ on a piece of trash.

The app did not let me log in and every time I tried to make a new account or sight up it wouldn’t take me to a different screen and did nothing

The app won’t even let me sign up to make an account so the ball is pretty much useless

In the app you can’t even sign in, and I have the gen 2 ball. So I can’t track bounces without it. It’s like they just have up on their product because there is no way to contact them. All they need to do is update their app and I can use their product.

I have the original one with the counter on it. I also have the newest one. I guess I will have to be happy with the old one with the digital read out on it. Hope they get it back on line even if we have to pay for it. I think 1 or 2 dollars will be fair. I would also like it if they came out with a ball that counts passes to. So you can see how many passes you can do with out missing.

Not helpful app
The app downloaded but nothing worked. I tried typing in the things to set up an account and got everything right, and pressed sign up, and then I went to sign in and then it wouldn’t work so I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app

My 9 year old is very upset and I am very frustrated!!!

So like when I press the sign up button after I entered all the stuff I need to I press it and it won’t sign me up

I am sad that it doesn’t work anymore (and a little mad) but I appreciate that it worked before.I mean, if they shut it down because they ran out of money, why don’t they do chores? And if you, the Maker,is listening to this,then earn some money and turn that game back on!

Had the kids all excited to download the app on their own tablet to play the game, app is trash doesn’t let you signup/login in NOTHING! I only bought the balls fort the Bluetooth experience. Want my money back for the balls I purchased
The app no longer works.
The app requires you to log in or create an account to use the ball. When I try to log in to my existing account, reset my password, or make a new account, it does nothing. Since the Master A Million 2.0 ball does not have a screen, this makes the ball completely useless.
The app doesn’t work anymore
I can’t log into my account so I trued to reset the password and I didn’t get a email. I also tried to find the app on Samsung and it wasn’t there. Someone please help because I put a lot of time into this :(
