Worst ELD I ever used,I am using it for 5 months and I always have some problems,dosent show excact hours ,dosent record excact driving hours,has to be open all the time ,unbelievable

Problems
If you switch from the screen the eld is disconnected. If you walk away from truck it doesn’t automatically connect back to the brain of the eld. It glitches often. If you receive a phone call it stop tracking your drive.
Stops working when screen is off
This comes with new update that the app forced me to do. Logbook doesn’t work after new update. The Logbook shuts off by itself and I can’t do anything to stop that. I checked the settings and the settings are the same as they were before.

After 3-4 updates this week i cannot email my self my elds starting to get irritated

They never answer the phone and if you ask for a service they do it completely wrong and again you have to waste your time calling and writing to them.

Sleeper split doesn’t work
Sleeper split does not work.
Sometimes it does, but more often it doesn’t.
I suspect that it works only when you start the sleeper mode on the same day.
If you start it at for example 8:30pm, then 4:30am next day it still does not allow you to drive.

Very underdeveloped
It won’t show you all the activities you’ve made. App needs a lot of work to be done.
Get it together please.
I have to completely delete and re download the app EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to log into my truck. Phone has to stay in cab and I can’t even shut off the truck without it disconnecting, and no I can’t just log out and log back in it keeps telling me to go to setting and turn on background app refresh (even tho it’s already on) and it just stays on that screen untill I delete and redownload I’m annoyed

I do not recommend, it works very poorly
I used master eld for half a year, it turns off itself on the go, it doesn’t correctly count miles or sometimes it may not count at all, you go all day, and in the evening it shows 0 miles. thinks for a very long time when changing status.
Easy to use once you learn
To all the bad reviews you probably didn’t take the time to learn the system right it’s super easy to use and as long as your carrier gives you the right eld device solves all problems with connectivity ! Highly recommend!
