Good abacus bad English
The video is amazing but we need ENGLISH because we were hoping for videos in English so I suggest that u make them in all languages and we can pick wich one we want.
Great soroban teacher
As a beginner soroban user, I was able to quickly pickup the proper methods of using it from these step-by-step video instructions. This app has paid attention to detail by making the soroban responsive to multiple finger gestures as would be used on a real soroban. I really appreciate the obvious effort put into this app. Thank you!

Not a sophisticated app. The "How To" and "Study" features consists of watching crappy YouTube videos on using an abacus that you could look up yourself without the app. "Challenge" is a practice feature with a timer that is WAY too fast. Incidentally, the challenge levels go from Beginner to level 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and the highest level: 3. I don't know why.

Not in English
The first lessons seem to be by a young girl with bad English skills . Following lessons are in an Asian language so they are useless . The app. help site is also written in an Asian language so it too is of no help . DON'T BUY THIS APP.
English language button does not work
Although English is a choice, only Japanese is heard. They need to fix this
MUST TRY HARDER
This app is let down badly by the poor diction in the English tutorials. Nevertheless it is still worth intalling as the soroban works very well - better than using a standard calculator. I strongly recommend a new voice-over as an update.

I'm going to cry, as every American does, that everyone should speak English. Even without the video explanations, one can figure out the the "why", with minimal brain usage, by following the glowing beads.
Need English version
The drills are great but I'm limited in how far I can go without knowing Japanese. Please provide an English version.

Good abacus but the video is not working, please fix the video.
Teaching
The video is vey impressive. I could not find a way together the an answer without the negative buzzer. I am experienced with addition on the soroban but could not pass the beginner level. The feed back seams to be only negative. I was hoping that this would be a tool for teaching and was turned off.
