bring back the map. and the new layout is awful compared to the last. it’s gone back in time.

Why did you switch the UI
No one was using day sheets because oh the UI, they were using it because it was cheaper. Please go back to the layout everyone was used to and familiar with. Thank you.
App keeps getting worse with every update
They keep changing things with every update and none of it is for the better. Still limited in what info you can enter. The sync is not working. Major lags when trying to get up to date.
Latest update is bad
The March 2026 update is atrocious. Extremely poor navigation, nowhere near as easy as previous versions. I am now using the web site on my phones browser which is still classic and usable… for now anyway. :(

This used to be good. Then they updated it. Now it isn’t good anymore.
Update is terrible
Not sure why there was a need for an update. Using this app is entirely horrible now and makes life on the road harder. The map function is now super annoying, it’s hard to navigate the app itself now and finding information in new places is frustrating. PUT IT BACK. It also force logged me out and updated automatically even though I have all those settings off for this reason. I hadn’t been logged out in YEARS.

Why fix something that wasn’t broken?
The new update is ….uggh. What was wrong with it to begin with? I really wish you hadn’t changed. Harder than navigating now, can’t see the map where we’re going
The Update Broke The App
Even the most basic of functions in this app are now broken. I can’t even see the dates on my calendar past 7 days at a time for no reason. It feels like an entire overhaul is needed to get this app back to the functional version it was for so long.

You could have added the new features within the old layout. I’m sure I’ll get use to it.

The newest version of master tour is horrendous and much harder to use. So frustrating they would do this
Map Gone
Where did the map feature go after the update? It was very helpful to see the distance from hotel to venue, so I suppose why wouldn’t something helpful disappear?

Reach out to Artist Growth. They will give you a free pro trial. I normally would never have even thought to use AG, but this update has caused so many problems for my organization, the boss gave us permission to switch so I fully plan to once the trial is up. NEW MT IS TRASH.

New overhaul SUCKS
The app worked great before this UI overhaul and now it is the worst it has ever been.
Functions and layout are slow and convoluted. I cannot understand for the life of me why the braintrust at Eventric would think this is good.

New update SUCKS
Harder to use. Clunky. For no reason! Can’t see my schedule unless I hit a button on the top left and it goes back to the start of the year.
Horrible interface
The new update is over engineered and difficult to use. It was broken to begin with, this was an update that no one needed.
