Grrrrr!
Why oh why did I do an upgrade? It was working fine until then. Now it freezes up and I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. It also will not load! I am mad! I bought a two year subscription!

Mastering the Alphabet App Crashes Crashes Crashes
I just purchased a subscription for ABC. The subscription includes additional apps as a free bundle deal. I have a toddler that I have been currently trying to teach the alphabet. It is very disappointing to read current reviews mentioning the same issues that paying customers experienced over a year ago informing you all that the app is crashing and not working but nothing has been done to improve the issue. When will the issues with the app get resolved? Have you all done anything recently to even try to fix the issues with the app at all?

My 3 year old loves the ABC Mouse Games but this one will never fully launch. It will play the title card and the crash.

This app crashes. I’d love for my child to get a chance to learn the alphabet, but we can’t pass the title screen.

Just signed up for ABCmouse and we haven’t been able to get this app to load. It gets past the initial loading screen and then crashes. Really disappointed.
This app doesn’t work!
I have tried to download and use this app on my iPad three or four times and it will never get past “mastering the alphabet”. I keep waiting on a bug fix or something, but I keep being disappointed...

Already paid for the yearly subscription and they want to dump another subscription fee within their “free bundle pack”. Great job. Maybe fix your apps that have already made hundreds of dollars in subscriptions for you start adding more subscriptions on top... terrible

No issues here - on a 2017 iPad Pro works great - my 3 year old enjoys it and is learning quickly!

Like the majority says, the app closes out. Developer: Please try your app on the latest iOS and see if you get out results. Thank you.

App immediately shuts down, even after updating iOS and reinstalling the app as was recommended. I have tried it on several devices and all do the exact same thing.

This app does not work
I just started with ABC Mouse and this app will not even work. I have deleted it and redownloaded it. I have 128 G on my iPad and have only used 20 G so I know that is not the problem. Fix the app. Overall the whole program is slow.
