Asked for help, no response.
On August 7, 2026 I sent an email to Borderleap Support. I had completed 46 of the 48 puzzles in this collection. One being the locked puzzle at the end after all other puzzles are completed. BUT I could not open puzzle #4 “Landscape At Saint-Paul-Les_Durance”, must have been some type of Glitch? I have followed up 3 time since, no response. This was a difficulty task and I would like credit. Beware if you need help.

Impossibly hard
The pictures are all greyscale with the middle completely blurred out, and as soon as you place a puzzle piece it disappears. As a result, you never have any frame of reference. Way too frustrating for me.
Game Center achievements not working
The game is a lot of fun, I really enjoy the dreamy visuals and atmospheric music, only complaint is that after playing for years, the Game Center achievements recently stopped tracking despite completing more galleries. I hope this gets fixed soon!
Poor functionality, beautiful images
Whoever created this app seems never to have played with actual puzzles ever in their life. You can’t get pieces that clearly fit together to stay attached unless they’re on the right locations, and tapping any piece already on the board makes the piece menu shift to a blank space where that piece was dragged from - what on earth is the point of that? You can’t have pieces overlap either, so when you have half a dozen linked pieces, you have to move them all one by one if you find a piece that goes in one of their spots.
All this is really irritating, which is a shame because the images are fantastic, including a series of Van Gogh paintings at the moment. Fundamentally unplayable.

App Überraschung!
Ich hatte nicht allzu viel von einer Puzzle App erwartet.
Doch die wunderschöne Grafik sowie die stimmige Musik haben mich Ruckzuck die Zeit vergessen lassen und voll und ganz ins Puzzle eintauchen lassen.
Als nach einem beendeten Puzzle die App gefragt hat, ob ich eine Bewertung hinterlassen möchte war ich von dem angenehmen und vor allem entspannenden Spielerlebnis so relaxed, dass ich anstatt wie sonst üblich bei solchen App Bewertungsanfragen NICHT genervt die App geschlossen habe sondern gerne eine Bewertung hinterlassen habe.

Stunning, relaxing, and meditative
I played this a while ago and downloaded it again because I missed it so much. It is so soothing and gorgeous, with talented artists from around the world. The music is very meditative. Beyond that, the words on each puzzle are beautiful.
The game plays flawlessly. I’m very grateful to the developers for this app. If you want to regulate your nervous system or are dealing with any dysregulation challenges, this is a brilliant app for that as well.

Frustrating
I love this puzzle app, but it can be really frustrating at times. It freezes up if I choose the “wrong” puzzle or gallery (after completing a puzzle or gallery) - even though I choose one of the listed options.
General instructions would probably help to avoid some issues.

Loved it, but ...
Ever since two new galleries were added last month, "achievement status" doesn't update. The fun of completing the puzzle is still there, the pictures are great, but I miss the sense of progressing toward a grand ending.

This game helped me find peace in the struggles of life. and each painting has a story just chefs kiss.
So close to perfect
While I still love the puzzles themselves, I’m sad that most of the music I enjoyed listening to is gone. Still like that one song, but it’s kind of monotonous.

オプション設定がやたら充実している。

Can’t reach the developer
I love this game but had a question for the developers and this seems to be the only way to reach them? I appreciate the new galleries featuring famous artists, but will there be more galleries offered by modern artists? I particularly love the undiscovered artists!
Love it
I love playing this at night as it’s totally relaxing. I love the music and it really helps me get to sleep. Tonight though the music is stuck on one track constantly repeating. And it’s very annoying! Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated

Great for winding down. The Van Gogh partnership is great! The new audio tracks really start to hit a peaceful trance after a while of playing.
