Second the other review
Fully agree with the second review- was forced to use this app after a change over of management from my previous GSHP company.
The previous company’s app had the ability to schedule times for the heating to be on and off according to the temperature, you could change the temperature by whole degrees rather than a very slow 0.1 of a degree and the user interface was just so much more friendly.
It’s just sad knowing what the potential is and what physically my GSHP can do but they just haven’t programmed their app to allow this!
Major update needed please. It’s bad enough not being able to change the temperature in my rooms any more (the wall controls were removed when the company changed) but the app is impossible, especially with winter coming in

App is terrible
You can only change temperature in 0.1 degree c increments, so it takes ages to alter the temperature in any way. Nobody is turning their heating up or down by 0.1c only!
No ability to schedule increase or decrease in temperature, which is apparently by design, so you can't have the heating a bit higher in the morning, unless you want to get up in the middle of the night to increase the temp as it takes about an hour to increase temp by 1c.
We are aware that heat pumps work better when the house remains at a steady temperature, but "energy savings" are forced on you by making it as difficult as possible to change the temperature.
Do not recommend.
