It is great if you're into self-improvement but don't have time to read books and find it hard to keep discipline to follow through. It takes the best parts of best books and turns them into daily coaching sessions. It's super practical and uses AI to give you a personalized plan to build better habits. I wish I could build a learning calendar and track progress as well.
