REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Tell Mastlens which credentials your crews have to hold, and this release shows you exactly where everyone stands. - Certifications now opens on a Required tab for admins and managers: one card per crew member, every credential your company requires, and where they stand on each one. Whoever is short comes first, so you are not scrolling an alphabet to find them. - Each card spells out the dates - what has lapsed, what is expiring, and what was never on file at all. - Tap a credential somebody holds to open the actual certificate. - Anyone excused from a credential shows as "Not tracked", with the reason underneath. - A project's crew certifications now flag anyone missing a required credential, not only the ones whose certificates have lapsed, and name what each person is short of. Choosing which credentials are required, and excusing people from them, is done in the web app. PROJECTS - A new "Initiated" status, for a site that is set up but not yet being worked. It shows in yellow on the projects list, so a job waiting to start is no longer indistinguishable from one your crew is on today. - Pick the status when you create the project - New Project now has a Status row, and Initiated joins the buttons on Edit Project. - The Projects tab now opens on Active instead of All, so completed and archived jobs stay out of the list you work from on site. Every other filter, All included, is one tap away. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Closeout packages and JHA packets now carry a one-line credit to Mastlens, since both routinely land with a GC or a carrier safety rep. A company admin can switch it off in the web app under Settings > Documents.
