I just started playing about a week ago had one minor issue with a lost connection which made me lose $7 , I emailed support and they responded immediately and were so nice and understanding and refunded my $7! I also tested out the deposit and withdrawal of the game and I have to say I am very impressed with this game! It was super simple and smooth transactions and my withdrawal came through within 24 hrs of requesting it! I was a bit skeptical at first but I quite enjoyed the games and everything that went with it so I will continue playing as well as sharing it with friends and family!

I requested for $10 withdrawal so it’s not even a big amount at all but I feel really skeptical about this app after getting an email from them asking me to submit my government docs and other private info for verification to their email address. Nobody sends such privation information like that through email! Don’t apps like this usually use verified site for safety? Is this a scam?

Weak & Deceptive Gameplay
Gameplay is slow and painful; it takes forever for pieces to finish matching and let you play. If you’re doing well in a room, it will disappear and no longer be selectable, forcing you to go to the next room with a higher bid. Powerups aren’t explained, so you misuse them in play - and then you can’t play anymore without spending real money.
On top of all that, it’s clear the developers never played any match-3 games after Candy Crush. The game just feels bad and unfun, and my niece could draw better characters.
You can play this game to try to win real money and be bored, or you can play Royal Match for free and have a great time. It’s an easy choice from where I’m sitting.

Hi just started playing but it’s very easy to win games but I’m not sure whether it’s real. I requested my first payout but was declined I don’t entirely understand why as I played the game normally. Took me lots of time and they deducted my entire bonus cash which wasn’t fair considering I spent hours on the game they said I breached their terms but I read them before I played the game and also had to send in identification so it’s really a bummer. I didn’t cheat or play unfairly so I don’t know

Stolen Money
I made it up to $100 and cashed out with PayPal. Waited 2 days and they cancelled my withdrawal with no reason and took my money. Wouldn’t recommend
