Unmatched still messaging?
Trying this app out and it says security taken seriously but I have declined people who have like me yet they can keep liking and messaging me after I have put an X to their profile?? Not very good at all.

Poor app advertised as create account for free and chat. Can create an account for free but then all premium for you to do anything else at all other than like pictures. Can’t even reply to people who message you. Rubbish experience and nothing to entice you to see it works beforehand.
Poor customer service
I have paid 6 months up front. My profile has false information which I feel passionately about changing. I have emailed customer services 3 times for help, but still nobody has got back to me. I need my account unlocked so I can make changes. Awful awful site this is. I have also got my boundaries set at 20 miles, but I am getting likes from all over the world. So rubbish that you can’t filter to what you want. I thought now I am paying for this site it would be more bespoke and actually work for me. It is not. I’m very sad

Absolute rip off. The app is full of fake accounts. You literally cannot do anything on this app without paying. Can’t send a message without paying, can’t see who’s matched you without paying. Literally the biggest scam out there. If you do pay you’re only paying to see bot accounts. It’s disgusting, trying to profit off someone’s loneliness. At least with other apps you might not get to see who’s viewed your profile as a free member, but you can see the profiles you’ve matched with and also message matches for free. Would definitely not recommend this app to anyone.

WHAT A SHAM..
Awful, I thought I had a 3 month subscription with an option to cancel at any time. This was not the case. They charged me the initial £24.99 for 3 months, then they took another £24.99 in August and wouldn’t let me delete the account without agreeing to another £24.99 being taken out of my account in January.
BE CAREFUL these people are praying on the people who want a real connection and turning it into a money making scheme.

This app is rubbish! Full of one photo profiles which is a massive red flag. I’ve had one match after being on for quite a while. All other apps I’ve used I’ve had quite a few matches after being on for only a couple of hours but this app is just desolate. After reading the plethora of one star reviews from people who have paid and no improvement i will be deleting it before giving them any money. You have lost a customer.

All dating apps are far too expensive. And to add even more paywalls once you have already paid I feel is completely unnecessary. Dating is not pay to win. Or at least it shouldn’t be. I feel the longer you have been a paying member on any dating site the cheaper it should get. Dating apps to me do not feel like they are actually trying to help people meet anyone - And let’s be honest if they did they wouldn’t earn as much money would they XD

Few recently active users
I suspect it’s because it’s too easy to click “like” from the search page, so people are overwhelmed and simply give up. The few that do match are, by and large, completely insane. And when you report them for abuse, customer services invariably say they can’t find the account.
Repeated account blocks for political expression
I had a very negative experience with Match.com. My account was repeatedly blocked and then reinstated, even though I did not post anything illegal or inappropriate. When I expressed a political view supporting “Free Palestine” and stating I do not want to date people who support genocide in Gaza, displacement in Lebanon, or extreme-right parties, my account was flagged and my access was restricted.
I found the process confusing, inconsistent, and ultimately biased. If the platform restricts users based on viewpoint rather than actual policy violations, that’s a serious problem. After this experience, I refused to appeal again & asked for my account and personal data to be deleted. I don’t recommend Match.com & would not even give it one star if I could.

This is just a money grabbing app. Stay away!! When you march you still have to pay to chat unlike other apps. When you pay to chat every match I’ve had never replies. Probably fake accounts or bots. A complete waste of time and money

Worst dating app out there
Having to pay to see who you match with is wild! Then notifications are all over the place. You get repeated ones hours later. You get them after switching them off. Most expensive app if you do decide to pay ,but paying to see your matches? Nah! I’m out!
