Getting too Hard
These levels are getting too hard!!! Objects are tiny and similar except for the color placement (for example: those mugs) AND limited time (even when using a pre-game time boost). It’s also ridiculous to have to find the green guns, the beehives, the groundhogs, navigate through the popcorn, match the glowing seashells etc… all
in the same level.

Match Hotel 3D puzzle game
I was loving this game and investing some money only to have an update message stating my version is not supported. This was after I purchased one of the advertised packages. The game is not supported on my phone, but the ability to take my money works find. Don’t get used to playing this one.

Creepy Ground hogs
Would have given this a 5 because the graphics and items are great and the game is fun. However, the ground his. Please remove the ground hogs that burrow through the “dirt”. They are creepy, make my skin crawl, and make the game less enjoyable. I almost deleted the app.
Joining a team sucks
It sucked having to wait for more lives for 4 hours. Now is even worse that they have you join a team because you’re having to wait for the team to send you lives. Time to stop playing this game.
Purchase to upgrade???
I thought this game was free to download with in-ap purchases?? But no, I had to pay to upgrade. 6.35… not cool. Especially when it never stated anything about making a purchase.
Casual satanism and occult symbolism
This game is chailk full of bizarre occult and satanic references. Dismembered heads and pentagrams constantly. It’s full of distirbing imagery.

This game is very addictive, simple, and fun. And the best part I just hit level 50 and I still can't say I’ve run into an AD. More games need to be like this one. I love it.

Keeps crashing mid levels.
Every 5 to 10 minutes the game keeps crashing out of app. Tried everything. Very poor and frustrating.
Frustrated
For months, I have been getting kicked out of the game. Before, during and after. It’s infuriating. I lose progress in the challenges constantly. I’ve reached out to support numerous times and received zero resolution.
Start as a new player.
It would be nice to be able to delete the game and start over as a new player. There are not enough bombs to clear the area before running out of time. Starting to not be fun.
Sucks now- avoid
Used to be one of my favorite games, in large part because it was fair. But with the latest update, now all levels have tons of objects which are 98% identical but not a match, meaning you can’t tell by looking in most cases, meaning it’s insanely more difficult in a way that can’t be improved with skill. The goal is clearly to milk the player. Well, I am never giving you another penny.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have had some glitches within the game similar to what another player posted. Freezing up, taking away coins and accomplishments just as your about to get to another level, etc. I will not waste another dime on this game. About to delete this app as there are plenty of other match games that are very similar and don’t cause the headaches and monetary waste that this one does. Not worth it!!

Too addictive
I love this game. Great graphics. No advertisements. My issue is the penalty’s are too damn high. If you run out of space 900 coins is a bit extreme. To buy 3 hourglass boosters 2500 coins. I’m seriously addicted and have no self control. When you win, the prizes are extremely underwhelming considering the cost of any purchases. It’s like gambling without any possibility of a reward. I’ve been at the top of your leaderboard for a while. Top players deserve more than what you offer. IMHO. I’m fully aware that it’s my choice to play. It’s a business meant to make money. Anywho for people reading this it’s really a great game but I advise you to play without spending money. It’s totally possible and very challenging. I’m rambling I know. I know I have to delete the app and notify my bank to not allow any charges from this company. I know it’s what I need to do but it’s a battle with the guys on my shoulders. Felt the need to share so yeah…

I have loved playing this until this Christmas update now the game freezes and I have to go out of it to get it to stop. Then I lose a man. Very frustrating please fix.
