This is the 4th time I have had to delete and start over. This time I am stuck on a view of the hotel. I cannot go on. What’s up?

It’s stuck!

I love this game! Is there a problem with it freezing? I’ve had to delete it once and redo load it because it was stuck. I restarted the app and my phone and it didn’t help. Once I redownloaded it I lost all my progress and had to start over. It’s stuck again just like that and I really don’t want to start over. Can you fix this issue??
