Used to be fun
This game used to be fun but it’s no longer due to freezing all the time. I’ve opened and closed this game so many times it’s ridiculous! I’ve contacted customer support and they’ve done nothing. For a long time the level chest and coin challenge weren’t working then one day they did. It’s all messed up now. I would delete the whole game and start over but I’m on level 3516 and don’t want to start over!

If you can’t click fast and you don’t like time limited games this isn’t the game for you. If you do then this is a great game for you!
Customer service bust
Be cautious about playing this game and getting in too deep, during gameplay when you get to the end of matching what you need to gather the items just aren't there leaving you to have to use a booster to clear the board, this isn't a problem unless you have a long streak going that you're earning other accolades on. This has happened over and over, I constant reach out and have pictures to prove this , but it all fall upon deaf ears. I am at least 20 of the remove three boosters in the hole, I've contacted them countless times, all with a thank you for reaching out to us BS. Then nothing afterwards. I was a pretty loyal in game purchaser, but not anymore, not till they reach out and credit me what I've asked for. The very wary of this game designer. Their group will not care about your issues.
