Fun games, greedy shady company
I paid for full version and now to restore it they want me to pay a monthly subscription. Games are fun for my girls, but not when I pay for them only to have them taken away and my girl in tears with frustration.
No Sound
I canโt get the sound to work on the app. Volume up, settings in app and I even reinstalled it.

Get charged for the free month trial and you canโt unsubscribe

Would not recommend. Barely teaches anything. Not worth the $50 US I had to pay. I should be refunded retroactively!!

My 4yr old loves the app but it has stopped working. I cannot contact you via email. Can you please look into?
Where is the setting?
When we downloaded the app there was an icon to purchase the whole game or to sign up but not that we want to edit our subscription I canโt find settings or any icon where I can do it?
Sound isnโt working
Hey! My son has autism and loves this game but for some reason the sound no longer works. Would love feed back Iโve tried looking for settings, redownloading the app, and toggling the in app mute button but nothing works. Please help! Thanks!

Hi, I have been charged for a years subscription when starting a 7 day free trial. The refund function returns a auto reply of sorry your request does not qualify. What a scam. Avoid this game.

Poor cancellation support
No way to cancel my subscription. On my iTunes & App Store there isnโt an option to cancel, only renew. The link to help and support , the email link doesnโt work. How do I cancel please??
No way of canceling
Canโt cancel the game once you purchase a subscription. There is no setting button anymore and you canโt get anyone to answer your emails or requests to cancel.
