This system sucks
App/system does not function properly. Absolutely deserving of the horrible reviews.
Garbage
Like all USTA software, this is a pile of garbage. I can’t even register for a tournament. The usta would be better off using a spreadsheet to manage their tournaments.
Serious UI/UX issues
I’m not sure how this app was tested but it was NOT tested from the user’s perspective. Also, there’s some major security and privacy issues that should be addressed before someone gets hurt. There are features and UI steps that just do not make sense.
Nice App
Makes running a tournament soooo easy! Captains and players love it once they use it. Try it.. you’ll like it!

Dysfunctional App
Terrible app. Won’t let me set up an account or reset password.
Frustrating app
After download of app, No way to create an account. Takes you to reset pw then does not allow you to reset. Not recommended.

I see no way to begin using the app—login requires existing credentials, so what to do if you have just downloaded the app?

Full log in required every time app used - no autofill log in. App freezes requiring full log in.

Very frustrating app! New Login change does not work after expiration as instructed.
Frustrating app
If the app worked as intended I think it would be a great tool. As another reviewer stated, I can go into the app and perform one function. If I select an additional option, the app freezes and won’t let me proceed so I shut it does, reopen it, and log bavk in. I do not understand the need to log in every time I use the app. On the positive side, the live chat works well. I did ask about the issues and they gave me instructions which didn’t resolve these issues

This app has major functionality flaws
This app is so buggy! I can do one thing before it gives a connection server error. I can check a match, but then if I want to go look at a different tab, it errors out. Each time, the app has to be re-started and re-logged into. It’s SO irritating. And why does it require a log-in. Most apps just open…this is not a banking or finance app. The idea for this is great, but the execution is a complete fail.
