Not happy
This app - the higher levels you go is flooded with ads and when you win and are supposed to get coins, instead, it goes straight to ads. I have been on the same coin total for ages, weeks. That is deceptive all aimed at forcing you to end up paying.

Constantly freezing up and locking on screen. Lose the game in order to play on. Done!

This app used to be fun and I understand that you need to have ads in between levels, but to interrupt play every so many moves just to watch an ad is greatly disturbing and keeps you from memorizing where the pieces are and you have to go back and almost start from scratch.

I am on level 2315 so you can tell I’ve played this game a lot. They have almost ruined it. The level I’m on gives you 3:45 to solve it. It dumps so much on the table that it is literally impossible to solve in 3:45. You used to get a minute extra time by watching a video . Now that extra time has been cut to 15 seconds. I just watched a video that was 106 seconds long to gain 15 seconds of time. I got frustrated and just quit. As I said, it used to be good. Newest issue…when they update the game you go back to day one on your bonus rewards.

Ads
Love this game but there are way too many ads in this app. During one game, there can be up to 4 ads which is very annoying. It breaks your concentration when trying to remember where your matches are.
More ads than game
This game is okay but the frequent, long ads ruin it. Some ads are a minute long. Ridiculous! I’m going out and purchasing some ordinary word search puzzles to do with a pen! Totally ad free and frustration free! Wrap your ads up and slap a nice bow on them and shove them where the sun doesn’t shine! And I would also like to advise other players that some ad’s are viruses! The latest one is an Apple Security alert saying that 8 viruses have been detected on my phone and to avoid further damage, phone lockup, and loss of data within two minutes click the button below! These games allow scammers right in without any questions asked!

Best game ever!
This has been my absolute favorite game for years. I play it at night as sort of a calm down time from my day. No lagging ever and I love that I can play a level over and over until I win if I don’t get it done in the time frame.
Purchases
I am disappointed that you dropped being able to purchase packages, etc. using an I Tune Account. Over the years I have easily spent over $1000.00, but with your new means to buy, that’s over. I do not have, and will not get an Apple Card. Bottom line, you lose out on my money, and it’s just going to curtail the amount of time playing. That’s really too bad because this was my favorite game.

Fun Game!
I have been playing this game for a very long time! It’s fun, challenging, and entertaining! I would like to see new packs a little sooner, but still love the large variety of objects available. There are ads, but not an annoying amount, and they can be quickly bypassed. I recommend this game to anyone looking for a fun and challenging way to pass the time and it’s also a game you can play well into the future….never gets old!

Downhill
This game has always been my favorite and it keeps going downhill. Once you start getting into the higher levels, it’s set up to get as much money out of you as fast as possible if you want to keep playing.
The level chest and star chest have no boosters half the time, and they keep changing it to make it worse and worse. Very disappointing.

Please revert the colors to the last version. The new glow colors are nauseating

The new version is AWFUL difficult color contrast blurred graphics. I have been playing for years but will not play with this new version. May delete this game if not switched back.

Newest visuals: off putting
Don’t like the new visuals at all. Just reminds me of watching an AI video it’s less sharp and I’m less likely to play it now. Disappointed
Bad support
Game will not complete loading. Went to support, it won’t load! So, I do not know if it is a game problem or I need to do something to make it load. This is my favoorite game and I am frustrated not to be able to play nor find out why!

Don’t like the new update
I absolutely don’t like the new graphics, everything looks the same and it’s too hard to find the matches - please put it back the way it was
