Fun at first, becomes impossible
I’ve been playing this game for a few months, and at first I loved it. It was hard but not impossible, and required thought and strategy - which I loved! Some really hard levels required some luck in the initial “deal” to win, but with perseverance they were all winnable.
Unfortunately though, I think the developers have misjudged the difficulty of the games “super hard” levels as you progress.
I have been on level 440 for several weeks now. I play daily and play until I run out of lives multiple times a day. I have probably tried this level well over 200 times with every hero combination I can think of. I have never even made it to the boss. It is LUDICROUSLY difficult. Perhaps it is designed so that you have to spend money to win, I don’t know.
Eventually I will give up and delete the game, which is too bad. It’s a great concept.

Level 210 the enemy start right in front of the castle. Where you can’t stop the bees.

Super fun! Learning how to get better in defeating enemies and a lot of different enemies to destroy.
Fun at first
This was super fun game initially, as you ranked higher the levels got more challenging. There are times where I would try to play a SINGLE hard level for days just trying to pass it. I would play until I no longer had lives, quit and then try again the following day. ****100%***off the time I would lose it was impossible to defeat the level without purchasing coins. It’s now super annoying bc imagining playing a game you’re just trying to enjoy but instead you’re just continually losing however many ways you try or changing different character skills you will NEVER get past it unless you pay for coins. I don’t play it that much anymore bc of this reason. I don’t want to get annoyed playing a game I play to decompress and this is game is the complete opposite!!!

This is a VERY FUN GAME!! And very exciting. I love the anticipation when it’s time for battle!!
Pay to play
It’s fun but after about level 30 unless you have watched every ad then your progress stops. Unless you spend money of course.
Game crashing
The game crashes booting you out of the game making you lose whatever level streak you have built up and whatever’s comes with that streak, it is a fun and strategic game to play but unless this bug that crashes the game and kicks you out gets fixed I do not recommend downloading, I highly doubt that the creators will compensate those in the game who are experiencing this same problem because I know for a fact that it isn’t just me having this issue

Fun until level 48 and you think buying a little booster pack will help but then still can’t get past it after 15 tries. Nothing makes you want to delete a game faster than getting stuck with no help. (And then paying for help and wasting your money) 0/10 stars

getting bored
are you even doing anything with this game? apparently theres only been one update in the game. cant even update characters because there re no levels to win upgrade crds. u dont even win much in the soul event.

Love
Love this game so much just wish I could update my characters faster. There is options to watch ads I just wish you could pick which character you want to watch ads for. Otherwise I’m completely addicted.
Fun but glitchy at a price
I’m really enjoying this game but lately the game just shuts down in the middle of a match and I lose all my boosts and have to start my streaks over. It’s almost impossible to win the later matches without the extra streak boosts and I have actually purchased coins to keep my streak. Almost looks like the game is glitchy on purpose….

Hard to level up without $$$
Great game, better graphics than ones exactly like it. I’d love to be able to replay older levels to strengthen my heroes. Otherwise might drop the game, hate playing same level over and over until I get lucky
Unplayable
Game was great when I first started playing it, couldn’t stop playing actually. But the last couple updates have made the game really buggy and laggy and almost unplayable. Teams doesn’t ever load, I can’t participate in the souls event, and when I eventually load into a level it’s so laggy and buggy it takes forever to complete. If the devs see this, please please fix this issue. I really do enjoy this game, it’s just so unplayable right now.

Awful Balance!
The balance in this game is just ridiculous. At level 15 you seem to hit a brick wall, when you lose a level you get no progress rewards of any kind, so you can end up completely stuck. I’d watch Ads to help progress but will not spend money when the perk is what?! Spend more money, no thanks…
Great Game, but Unbalanced
For the most part, I’m very much enjoying Match Valley. The graphics are adorable, I love the little characters and the way you can choose different abilities.
Unfortunately, the game can get a little frustrating due to a small balancing issue. Hard levels come up far too often, and normal levels vary greatly in difficulty. Because of this it’s hard to get a consecutive run of good luck to complete levels, so the few ‘events’ are useless in getting you resources to use to help beat levels.
This also means you can’t level up your heroes, as you can only do that by beating levels. This when stuck, you have to just keep trying and rely on luck- or spend money.
I think what would help is having occasional events with a separate set of levels, and a small reward for completing X amount. This would give alternate levels to play while the main set are being frustrating, and enable you to strengthen your characters to help with the levels you’re stuck on.
