I like the game, but I’m having issues

I really enjoy this game and you can win money, fairly easy playing matches. My problem however, is the payout process. I have been waiting many many days on getting my first payout. I have verified my identity with my ID through the link they provided and everything is good- so why is it 4 days since and I have still not received my payout? I have emailed many times to get answers to my question and has gotten no helpful response. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
