Matcha Shop Tycoon is a business simulation game. You start with $500, one whisk, and a shop nobody has heard of. Set your price, stock enough powder, and open for the day. A report tells you who came, who you served, and who walked away — then you do it again, smarter. THE DAILY LOOP Every day is one decision cycle. Buy powder on a market whose price moves daily, set the price of a cup, and open the shop. Charge at or under your fair price and reputation climbs; charge well over it and customers start walking. Run short on powder or seats and the line turns people away. Weekends bring a rush, and roughly a third of days throw an event at you — a heat wave, an influencer visit, a supplier spill, a viral post. REPUTATION IS THE ENGINE Your star rating runs from 1.0 to 5.0 and multiplies your daily foot traffic. It rises when you price fairly and upgrade your quality, and falls when you gouge or leave people waiting. Customers write reviews you can read in the Marketing tab. BUILD THE BUSINESS - Auto-Whisk cuts the powder every cup uses - Steam stations and baristas raise how many customers you can serve in a day - Higher matcha grades and ceramic teaware raise the price people will accept - Unlock flavor lattes for extra foot traffic and pastries for a second revenue line - Hire an operations manager who auto-restocks and keeps the shop earning while you are away - Book a campaign — a one-day social blast, a week of campus ads, or a month on a city billboard CORPORATE FINANCE, FOR REAL - Issue a $5,000 corporate bond at 5% daily interest, then pay it down - Raise a $10,000 Series A and give up 20% of your equity — investors take a cut of every profit after that - Buy out your rival for $25,000 and double your daily traffic permanently - Watch the matcha market and buy the dips: 500g is 5% off, 1,000g is 10% off, and you can sell surplus back when prices spike FRANCHISE, THEN START AGAIN Once your firm is worth $25,000 you can sell the franchise. You start over from $500, but every Golden Leaf you earned permanently adds 10% traffic and $250 of starting cash to every future run, up to ten leaves. Fourteen milestones and twelve achievements track the whole climb, and your lifetime stats survive every restart. GO BROKE, GET BACK UP Run out of cash and the creditors show up. Take the one-time emergency bailout — $3,000 now against $4,000 of debt — or declare bankruptcy and start clean with your Golden Leaves and achievements intact. NO IN-APP PURCHASES Nothing in this game costs real money. It is supported by ads instead: a full-screen ad after every tenth in-game day, plus entirely optional watch-to-earn videos for a cash grant or a free equipment upgrade. PLAYS OFFLINE, STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Your shop is saved on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud sync, and apart from serving ads the game does not need a connection. Haptics have their own toggle.
