Painful experience
Not able to export / not able to pull videos from photos
Now after purchasing the extended version, the app is no longer working. I’m not able to export reels. It just says operation error.
I have emailed two or three times. Still waiting for a resolve . They did email me back and ask what app I was referring to , but that’s it.

We did respond to your email previously and asked for a bit more information to help us investigate. Could you please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case) for our message and reply there? If you’re not seeing it, feel free to reach out to us again and we’ll make sure to assist you as quickly as possible.

What trouble are you having cropping and cutting your video. That is the first action you should be prompted to take with clips. You can save a single clip to your phone by pressing the 3 dots and selecting "share". Please email us at support@firecrackersw.com if you continue to have trouble using the app and we can walk you through it.
