Acheter des packs avec les pièces, c'est une demande qui revient souvent. Les pièces servent à autre chose dans le jeu pour le moment, donc les packs restent sur les gemmes. On fait remonter ton message à l'équipe de la boutique. Content que le football te plaise.

If team OVR feels like it does nothing, that's worth pinning down properly. What we'd need is one specific case: a match you lost where the OVR gap was wide enough that the result made no sense. Send it to hello@matchday.com with roughly when it happened. That's the kind of thing we can go and check. Can't say what we'll find.
Does not even load

A load that sticks at a quarter and never moves again is a rubbish first impression, and sorry you got it. It's a known bug and the team's already on it. If you can email hello@matchday.com with your device and iOS version, that helps us narrow down which setups are hitting it.
Awesome game! No support at all. Don’t spend!
We cannot see or use those trophies to get the packs we were supposed to be able to because the World Cup shop and options to spent the trophies for player cards is closed in game. We were supposed to have most of today to do that according to the endgame timers I saw before they were all taken down and the shop closed.
In fact, the album portion of the menu is still up I am running for when we complete the national portions of it but the trophies that get awarded are not usable or accessible.
The other problem is you do not respond or communicate with your players in any way as I have sent a few (2) emails on this already to no response.
Even if you have just abandoned this game, you still need to reply to legitimate questions from all your customers, including those who spend on the game and have questions about why their purchases are no longer usable in game otherwise Apple becomes our only recourse.
