I am using this service from last two years, and it is working fine for me, seeing so many hateful comments but so far I haven’t encountered any errors and got notifications ok time, maybe UI can be better and some minor improvements but other than that it is okay.

Better to go for other gps trackers
Their aftersales support is worst, they never respond back on time. Earlier they had whatsapp support as well which is no longer available. Whatsapp support used to take hours to respond back. Now its been over 2 days i keep on getting the message,”Waiting for network to restore since 2 days”. They used to keep on sending payment requests again and again on my UPI when my subscription was about to expire along with daily calls but whenever i needed support, they took hours to respond without any resolution.

Fraud Company
Had purchased plan for 5 years. It stopped working after few months. I had to personally call them and make it work again. Happened a lot. Now not working from 2.5 years
And when i ask now they tell me to take renewal plan inspite of my current plan still active till 2025 Jan. complete fraud and cheating. Would take this matter to consumer court for sure

App doesn’t work as expected
The app is full of bugs, every-time you want to check the vehicle details and opens the app, it says something went wrong. You have to force close the app and restart it multiple time to make it work. The issue wasn’t there few years back but now there is issue, would suggest their development team to fix it asap.
