I asked on day one after checking out this app and deciding it was not worth it to cancel. They did not and have since been trying to charge my bank account like $45.
I have sent another request as well my bank had blocked my bank card because they also felt the charge was fraudulent.

I did a questionnaire on a fb ad that charged me money and downloaded this app and now there is no way to contact anyone to stop the automatic renewal of the subscription I apparently signed up for. Never got an email or anything. The app shows you nothing. Such a scam.

I cannot unsubscribe. I do not want to be charged after their 3 day free trial but there is no way to unsubscribe nor send message to company to stop trial or unsubscribe.

I got this app because a friend told me about and I was curious but I wish I never download it. I did the trial and the app still charged me for the yearly subscription but the worst part is the it doesn’t work! Every time I open the app as soon as it charged me it says “bad internet. Try later” no matter where I am! I haven’t been able to use it I lost my money. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

It seems like the app developers didn’t think through the process properly, and clearly didn’t do their research about the numerology itself. A lot of the lines are poorly written and just complete gibberish. The lines that says “weak potential”, “inclination to use logic”, “skillful fingers” and etc. are absolutely hysterical. There’s nothing worthy of an actual purchase. So,to summarize I didn’t like the app,but it can get better if the developers will put some thought into it.

I signed up for the three day free trial and was immediately charged over $42 which I would like a complete refund immediately! There is very little information given for each desired topic one or two sentences for love, and then respectively for health and career, etc. you get more information from a newspaper horoscope. When checking the compatibility the app will not display the birth date information. The scroll of numbers to select from starts with today. Well I’m sorry I wasn’t born today or tomorrow or anytime. In the future. I was born in 1978 so therefore I would need to scroll the other direction and that is not possible. The app appears as if it was thrown together, and under six hours with two people that I’ve never made a nap before.
