Needs repaired to be better
The app is ok at best. It needs a way to be able to find the closest rep to your location. The app needs a save list/ wish list/ and way to buy from the app if you don’t have a rep in your area as well as file warranties.

I go to uti I signed up and order some impact sockets to see how it is and I’m very happy! I recommend buying if you’re a student

Doesn’t work, “an error has occurred” just go to snap on tools

Nothing wrong with app, u can only login if u have a registered account through a school.
Ok app
The app is good if your just looking for information on certain tools but otherwise it is broken. I can log in on the website just fine but the app continually tells me an unknown error occurred. I have changed and reset my password several times but still can't log into the app.
Can't login
I'm not surprised, the regular app is useless, and the website barely works at all. They need a major overhaul of all of their online services. If you can't get simple apps or websites right, why would I buy any of your scanners?

I've tried resetting my password and everything. I am able to to login on the website but unable to access via the app.
