Good but not great
It’s a great app for being able to see the deals but the app needs fixing, too slow and does not load properly. Needs major bug fixes, not even able to stay connected to my distributor and many more problems. Great company though and really enjoy seeing my distributor every week.

The app barley works being trying to log in for weeks and keeps say make sure you are connected to the internet

First it done at ever save my login info so every time I open the app I have to sign in, doesn’t save my PSA info so each time I have to enter that to make a payment and go to make a payment today and it says make sure that my device is connected to the internet. Piss poor app it’s 2026 it shouldn’t be this terrible

I installed this app to find a way to purchase Matco tools. It wants me to enter my distributor number. How the hell would I know that? I’m literally looking to buy and find a distributor and the app asks me for that information? Literally every other retail app or website has the user enter info and then gets connected to a retail source but not these guys, somehow you’re just supposed to know who your retail source is. There’s zero information in this app on how to buy, waste of time.

Financial services tab is useless
Still cannot see my psa balance or pay off amount, payment history is also missing. Please fix this as it’s very frustrating making payments and not being able to see anything related to my psa account.

Horrible, broken app.
I can no longer pay my bills on the app, it gives me an error saying. “Please enter phone number” at the confirm payment screen. This app is broken beyond belief and horrible to use.
Now a useless app.
Since app update you can not see the remaining balance on the account. The Matco route guy is as equally useless as this app has became.

The app says I need to update it but there is no update out for me…
Cant access loan feature
Since the new update i cant pay online or even log in to my account to check on my loan amount. Every time i try and log in it says my customer number and social are not found
Last update ruined the app
Been unable to check my loan payments or history since last update. It also logs you out everytime you login with the new system for the loan payments section. Truck account is still the same but since last update I’m forced to pay with saved cards from my local tool truck guy vs inputting card details or accessing my own saved cards for payments. The loan payment section basically indicates I never made a payment or gives me reminders on owed amounts like it use to. Guess this app became useless and I’m better off just using a browser to check my balances
