iPhone XR使えませんでした

※過ぎてしまったことですが、ふと思い出したので投稿します。
kingdom 初日ベルーナドーム参戦したのですが
アプリを開くことすらできませんでした。
再起動、再インストール、何をしてもだめでした。
他の iPhone XRユーザーの方もおっしゃっていますが、ペンライトを買っている意味がありません。
改善よろしくお願いいたします。
改善できないのなら、お知らせするべきです。

iPhone XRです。2024年は使えたのに2025年ののツアーはアプリひらけもしません！！会場でたまに光ってたけどセルフモードも出来ない…悲しい😭

使用できませんでした。

iPhoneXRからアプリをダウンロードしましたが、今回開くとすぐに落ちてしまい色々試しましたがダメで使う事が出来ませんでした。機種が古いからかとも思いましたが、試しにBE MY GUESTのライトスティックのアプリを開くと使用できるので、また使用出来るように対応していただきたいです。
