Doesn’t load when offline
The app doesn’t load when not connected to the internet. Why does it need to be connected to the internet? All of the content is downloaded on to the device. My daughters can’t use this when we’re out and about, only when we’re at home, which makes this app pretty pointless.
Needs bug fixes
After paying £20 for the full version it should be useable level 6 tracing numbers is bugged out and it won’t let you trace the number 10
Overpriced
Its extremely overpriced for the content. Most stuff you can get for free from education groups on social media

Worth every penny.
I started this app with my child who was in pre school before lockdown. She knew how to count to 10 but didn’t fully recognise numbers.
She has now just completed the app and has the ability to add and take away. Her progress was phenomenal- what’s more, she enjoyed doing it.

Poor customer service
I bought this app in full for my eldest daughter. The app is amazing. Unfortunately the service is not quite so good... when my eldest daughter reached a suitable age all of the unlocked levels became locked again. I have emailed customer service twice, but haven’t received any response. I shouldn’t have to pay for the same app twice...

Keeps the Kids Happy
This gentle method of teaching Maths and Maths concepts had my kids coming back for more and leaving happy! I recommend it to all my friends.

I downloaded the app then paid £21,99 to unlock the extra features only for the app to crash and delete my purchases. Called the apple support and was informed that a refund would be arranged within 30 days- still waiting for a confirmation email regarding my call and promised resolution. Pathetic service from the apple staff and a rip off from the app developers. They should have communicated their app had issues etc

Horrible noise when child answers incorrectly!!
I would buy the full app because my daughter does enjoy using it in general, and I believe it introduces good math concepts. However, when she answers incorrectly the app produces an extremely obnoxious noise, leading my daughter to be afraid to answer. This is not an issue with other apps that have a more positive effect even when getting the question wrong. Please change noise! Maybe a friendly "try again!"

This app is a must. My kids love it.
My daughter loved this app from aged 3 to 6 (along with the 4-6 version) and gave her a great start for school.
My 2 year old now loves it. It’s a great educational entertainer when you need to occupy them while waiting or keep him quite when out at a restaurant. I don’t feel guilt he’s playing a device as it’s so educational.
