Abo wird nicht geöffnet

Wir haben abonniert, leider bleiben wir trotzdem in der Testversion. Eine Wiederherstellung ist nicht möglich und Kontakt zum Hersteller kann man über die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse auch nicht aufbauen- da kommt eine Fehlernotiz zurück.

Schade, früher haben meine Kinder das Spiel gerne gespielt und dadurch schnell Rechnen gelernt. Aber dass man da gar keinen Support bekommt und einfach nicht geleistet wird monatelang, ist nicht okay.
