Don’t get this app!
I paid my one time fee and can’t even login!!! And every time I try to create an account it asks for the fee again!
They charged me $1 and the app doesn’t work!
They charge before you even make an account and when you try to make an account or log in it doesn’t work
GARBAGE!
Charges are required before any possibility of knowing if this app does what is needed. It took my money and then all I got were error messages! Total ripoff!
Took my money and now I can’t get on the app.
I was very happy with the first few questions that my granddaughter submitted. She tried again and now it won’t load. I did everything I can possibly think of and finally deleted the app to try and reload so it would let me on. I had 23 questions in my account. I had to buy a question again for .99 and it still won’t let me on. Very disappointed. If I can’t get in I have wasted a lot of money. Be glad to change my rating if someone can get me online.

Horrible
So I installed the app, I put in my phone number as it requested, told me it would charge me .99 cents, waited for a code on my number, nothing received. I did this 7 times and finally uninstalled the app. After seeing the remarks about things being charged, I removed Apple Pay and locked my card. It says all the glitches are fixed, I am going to say the glitches are not fixed and even at this point may say this app needs removed because it may not be legitimate and could be gathering info or using for malicious intent. No app should have glitches just to even enroll especially after staying the glitches are fixed.

App keeps glitching
I have been using this app for a few weeks and it’s been great. Today I used it and I bought the $49.99 amount of questions and then I took a picture of my question and it gave me an error that said “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the right format”. I use the camera to take a picture of the math problems, like I always do, I have no idea what is going on. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again, it won’t let you log in, you have to create a whole new login and I had 31 questions I still could ask, what is going on!! So I spent all that money and now I have to start all over again, is this app a scam or something?

The app will scam you
I bought 20 questions and never received them. That is 50$. Beware.
App does not allow me to properly register.
App has made me register two times and both times it does not let me past the security code that is supposed to be sent to my phone. I never received my code to my phone. It has charged me twice for nothing.

it’ll make you pay for a “one time question” for 99c and say “i sent you a code” and it will never send a code and you’ll be stuck paying and not getting help.

Be careful using this app. It makes you pay for a question and then wants you to but tickets. After you purchase tickets it will continue to tell you that you have no tickets.. after your bank account has been charged for these tickets you do not have. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it would catch itself but it never did .. I just want my

i got scammed
i payed 1$ to get my problem solved and it made me buy it then i had to log in and once i made a account it never came up so i never seen it be solved so they took my money

I purchased 2 of the questions to help solve my answer and I never got them. I ask for a refund and they denied me twice I also sent them an email and they ignore me. Please do not use this app. Apple needs to take it off of the app store because they are stealing people's money!!
