It was going great until all of a sudden any time I scan a problem it says an error occurred even ones I have previously scanned that solve the problem correctly. This had been going on the last week and a half. I have deleted and reinstalled several times

I bought it and used it for one hour and they charged me even though I didn’t even pay to start a subscription and the answers aren’t even correct they always want you to pay for the subscription. Save your money and buy another app what a waste.
