About

The calm number puzzle for people who can't stand ad-riddled brain games. Dark, relaxing, and quietly devious logic — 215 puzzles, a new daily challenge, no ads, no subscription. Ever. Mathlip is a constraint-based math puzzle. Swap numbers on a grid until every rule is satisfied at once. That's the whole game. It's enough. DAILY CHALLENGE One puzzle per day, and everyone gets the same one. Monday starts gentle and the week ramps up until Sunday hands you an Expert grid, because you've earned it. Solve daily to keep your streak alive. Your first week of dailies is on us; after that, the daily lives in The Daily Grind. THE CONCEPT Each puzzle hands you a scrambled grid and a set of constraint groups — "this row sums to 15," "these cells are all odd." Swap tiles until every constraint glows teal. No timers, no lives, no accounts. Just logic, at your own pace. FIVE DIFFICULTY TIERS • Tutorial (3×3) — one constraint. Learn the ropes. • Easy (4×4) — comfortable logic. • Medium (5×5) — things get tangled. • Hard (6×6) — real head-scratchers. • Expert (7×7) — up to 9 constraints across 49 cells. Good luck. EIGHT CONSTRAINT TYPES Sum, Unique, Sequence, Odd/Even, Ordering, Arithmetic Sequence, Product, and Divisibility. Higher tiers layer them together until the grid becomes a small argument you have to win. 215 PUZZLES, PRICED LIKE SOFTWARE 35 puzzles free. 180 more across four one-time packs — buy a pack, own it forever. No subscription. No ads. Not now, not ever. (The final pack is called "I Like to Suffer." It is accurately named.) DESIGNED FOR CALM Dark board. Warm amber accents. No confetti, no coins, no mascot begging you to come back. A relaxing home for your daily brain training — just you, the numbers, and the grid. Tap or drag to swap tiles, whichever feels natural. FEATURES • Daily challenge with streak tracking • Undo/redo with full move history • Customizable hints (3 per puzzle by default) • Constraint chips that highlight their cells on tap • Colorblind mode with distinct letter markers • Auto-save — pick up exactly where you left off • Works fully offline • Optional haptic feedback • Interactive tutorial for first-timers If you enjoy Sudoku, KenKen, Calcudoku, or Kakuro, you already know how this goes: one more puzzle, then bed.
