Matlas is practice planning for wrestling coaches. Build a drill library, assemble it into plans, put those plans on the season calendar, and run practice from your phone with a clock that speaks the room's language. FOR COACHES Drill library. Every drill carries its phase, a default length, coach-only notes, and video: upload a short technique clip or link one from YouTube. Notes marked for coaches never reach an athlete's screen. Practice plans. Stack drills into a plan and set the timing the way you'd say it out loud: seconds per go, whether partners switch, how many rounds. A drill can run ten minutes in November and four in February without touching the library. Season calendar. Tap a day, add a saved plan. One plan can sit on as many dates as you need. Publish to the whole team or to specific athletes. Past practices freeze as they were run, so cleaning up your library in March never rewrites December. Run Mode. A big clock, a horn for every go, and a hold after every round that waits for your tap. Open mat runs until you end it. Today's practice opens with no signal, because wrestling rooms don't have any. FOR ATHLETES Athletes join with a six-character team code and a coach approves them. They see the library, the team's published practices, and the extra work assigned to them personally. Nobody sees anyone else's assignments, and only coaches can edit anything. Athletes check off a practice when it's done. Built for high school and college programs. Assistant coaches are free. Athletes are free. Film is not metered. PLANS Matlas is free to use with a drill library, plans, and a calendar. Adding athletes to the roster takes a team plan, purchased once per season by the head coach: • Team 25: up to 25 athletes, $249.99 per year • Team 50: up to 50 athletes, $449.99 per year • Program: no roster cap, $799.99 per year Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. If a plan lapses, athletes lose access to practices after a 14-day grace period; nothing is deleted.
