Bring a real question: why you feel guilty when you rest, why your body feels unfamiliar, what you are here to create. Trace it through the writers, artists, scientists, organisers, philosophers, and thinkers who sat with it before you. Matria gives you names, work, context, and sources, not perfect role models or quick answers. It helps you see your own questions in a wider history, then keep thinking for yourself. Matria draws on an archive of documented women, ideas, myths, histories and traditions. Available readings name their sources and distinguish editorial interpretation from cleared quotations. A related theme is not treated as proof that a woman answered your question. When the archive cannot support a reading, Matria says so plainly and offers relevant records to explore where available. Membership opens what is yours to keep: unlimited saved readings, your private journal, the Constellation map, guided paths, pilgrimage, and private Letters under a pen name. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Reading needs no account. Your journal and saved reflections stay on your phone. Optional AI-assisted finding requires your choice before sending a question and a bounded set of archive records to a retrieval service. It returns record IDs, not an AI-written answer. Letters is separate: it uses Sign in with Apple and stores the profile details and correspondence you choose to share so letters can be delivered. New Letters profiles start with discovery and country sharing off. No tracking. No advertising. No account to read. THE ARCHIVE IS THE AUTHORITY Evidence labels show how well supported each entry is. Cultural traditions appear as knowledge systems, not prescriptions. Matria offers sourced reflection. It does not diagnose, predict, or replace medical or psychological care.
