App does not work
This app is not working I am unable to locate my vehicle or place the geo lock in ... what is the point of having a tracking device if you cannot enable it
App doesn’t work
"Connection Error” regardless of what network I am on. Doesn’t work at all yet again….

Keeps crashing. Fix it!!!
Don't download app
Don't download and waste your time. This app has not functioned properly since the last upgrade. Look elsewhere as this company does not bother responding to emails from customers asking when app issues will be resolved!
Updates not working
Every time a update gets released the app stops working. The app wont even open anymore
Why do you need location services?
All of a sudden you need location services to show my vehicle current position? That was never needed and isn't needed.

Do not use this update as it does not work. Matrix IT Dept is working on the problem but cannot give a timeframe when it will be fixed!
The location of the vehicle/route is not shown on a map - just shows white screen then crashes every time: latest iOS on iPad Air 2, iPhone 5 and iPhone 6.
Asked them to restore previous working version, but still waiting...

Vehicle position does not update
Vehicle position on the app has stopped updating. It shows the car in a location where it was about 4 months back. Has not changed
