The update a week ago seems to have broken the app on IPhone. Everything was working perfectly fine, now I have 0 access to the app whatsoever. No way to access the membership WE paid for… very odd

No obvious way to remove a saved payment method.
App is trash. Management/owners still charging me 3 months later
Bad business. Bad app. Unprofessional. App won’t work. Card charged. No way to cancel. Went in three times to resolve. No communication. Still unresolved. Matti’s does horrific business. Left email, phone number, card with employees. No response. Can’t use wash and still paying three months later.

charges for monthly service after cancellation
The app does not handle cancellation for monthly subscription. I tried to reach Mattis was world over phone and over email to cancel my subscription. Still getting charged every month even after requested for cancellation.

I’ve canceled my membership several months back and they keep charging me. Management is unresponsive. I have left written messages at the office. I’ve left messages on their App. Zero response Had to stop payment through my bank cuz these folks won’t stop charging money. Might want to take your business to another car wash in Lansing.

After I canceled, my subscription started charging my credit card again there’s no one to get a hold of employees are disgruntled and pass it on to customers

Change in service provided with monthly contract
I pay for the premium wash per month and I’ve always gotten have gotten an air freshener with each wash now they’re changing it to one air freshener per month that is not what I signed up for over a year and a half ago now they’re changing that, so I’m changing I’m discontinuing my monthly service wash club I can’t believe this one air freshener per month air freshener doesn’t last a month but if I buy it à la cart I can get an air freshener every time I pay for that particular car wash that is ridiculous. I hope your other customers that feel what I feel and maybe if enough of us cancel maybe that’s what they want us to do cancel but either way I’m canceling.

This company is a rip gosh! You sign up for their app to get the monthly car washes for $24.95 and you do everything it says to cancel your membership and it still takes the money. Do you have your bank file complaints with them to stop taking payments and they still continue to take payments. You call their phone number and leave multiple messages and they still take the payments and never call you back. You actually stop at the business to complain and they tell you the manager only works certain days or certain hours and you have to contact them and they will not give you a name or a phone number to contact anybody. This place is going to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will take it up with county business offices. Calling in Attorney tomorrow too. Whatever you do, do not sign up for their monthly car wash on their app or you will be screwed for the rest of your period if I could sit and give them a negative number they shouldn’t even be a business. Scam.!!!!’n

Ridiculous that I can’t get an air freshener
Evidently this app has no indication of an air freshener given …. I live 25 miles from the wash and work in the area …. If and only if I show up on my anniversary date of signing up don’t get an air freshener ….. platinum wash club and I have to argue that this is my first wash of the month to barter to get a freshener …. A little customer service goes a long way. I have no problem to limit me to one a month, but I have to show up on my absolute anniversary date to get it seems a little ridiculous.

Car wash cancellation
I was told there is cancellations button but there not one on the app. I have calls and emailed 4 times and haven’t gotten a response.
Needs more work.
I tried to delete my accounts as I was told that was the only way to cancel my account. The next day, money was taken out.

Forced to switch over to the app without notice. Does not take Apple Pay. I do not trust this to hold my information. May consider another car wash.
