Seriously?
This app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. You should be embarrassed. When it connects, it works, BUT, you have to close and reopen the app multiple times to get it to connect, then it connects and crashes and takes opening and closing it about 3 more times to get it to connect.
How about, oh I don’t know, get the devs to fix the app or find someone that can. You should be embarrassed.

My adjustable bed
Goo experience so dar. Has worked well. Remote quit but needed new batteries and up and running
App doesn’t work
This app is completely worthless. Not only do the buttons not work, the voice setting also doesn’t work. On top of nothing working, wouldn’t you know, the app disconnects you from the bed every time you’re not using it. So now because my 1 year old son lost my remote and this useless app doesn’t work, I will have to spend more money on top of the $7000 I already spent on the bed and base, just to be able to reset my mattress because there is no other way for me to do it.

Only works occasionally
75-90% of the time my bed wont show up to pare. It’s really annoying.
Bluetooth bug is not fixed
My bed will not appear for connection no matter how many times I reset it or exit out of the app and close it and open it again.
Buy something else
The remote to my bed stopped working so this terrible app is the only way to control the overpriced bed. Have to reconnect every time. Doesn’t find the bed at least half the time and have to force close. Also mattress firm offers zero support so you are on your own. Wish I had known all this before purchasing.

7 grand later and my bed is stuck upright
The app is not connecting to the bed. The bed is stuck in an upright position. There is no button the bed to reset it back to normal. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Come on man! Manual Connect every time you open the App?
Without auto connect via Bluetooth the App is useless.... manual connection each time you quit and re-open the App.... Controls are great but the interface needs modernization.... I think a 12 year old wrote this App... Cone on Mattress Firm! This is embarrassing.... no wonder the Sales Rep. didn’t mention the App!!!

I bought a terrific medical bed

Mattress Firm App
My adjustable bed from Mattress Firm crashed on me in LESS THAN TWO YEARS, after paying $7,000. for the base and mattress. I have been trying for OVER A MONTH TO GET SERVICE!!! I finally hired an electrician at my own expense. After THREE HOURS he could not get it working. It took us A MONTH to get the parts, and the remote control still wouldn’t work. We installed this EQUALLY INFERIOR APP to bypass the remote while we wait for a new remote to arrive. This app worked INTERMITTENTLY for one day and has now stopped working as well. I have never experienced such poor customer service from anyone. Both ServeCo (The repair company) AND Mattress Firm do not care about fixing the problem or making it right....
I have turned the problem over to my attorney. This will now be settled in court at much more expense to BOTH of these companies than it would have had the problem been rectified a month ago! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH MATTRESS FIRM OR THEIR REPAIR SERVICE, SERVECO!!!

Missing So Many Features
This app is so weak, I am tempted to get a refund from Mattress Firm.
Basic usability features are ignored or missing. User profiles to specify which mattress you use?!?! They do not exist.

Doesn’t work anymore
I get a message when I open the app that I need Bluetooth enabled (it is). It doesn’t work anymore. I don’t have the bed remote anymore because you can’t use the remote when you have the app set up with the base. Sort of a bummer considering the price tag.
Worst app ever!
This app only works a couple of times and then you have to delete it and reinstall it. So lame!

When you only have one remote and a toddler in the house, this makes things so much easier. My spouse will fall asleep with the bed one way and I can’t find the remote. The app makes it convenient for me to adjust the bed. Everyone complaining about the app disconnecting: that is what it is supposed to do!!!! If your phone is constantly connected to the Bluetooth and bed, your battery will drain and then you will complain about that. Just take the minor inconveniences of reconnecting instead of battery drain.

Connecting to Bluetooth EVERY TIME you want to use the app is unacceptable. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! MattressFirm needs to get a new company to showcase their premier adjustable mattress frame. There is no way you should spend over $2000 for an adjustable bed frame and then have $3 performance from the app. I pay $1500 and iPhone and Apple matches their customer service and overall experience with the expectation from your purchase.
Additionally there should be an “Off” button for the lights. It’s annoying and a time waster scrolling through the numerous colors to finally arrive at the power off sequence.

App says not connected to Bluetooth
App keeps telling me to connect to Bluetooth, when it is. Tried reinstalling an installing and nothing. Actual remote doesn’t work, app doesn’t work, this bed is worthless for the amount of times I’ve had trouble with it.
Terrible app
Terrible app doesn’t save your bed, so you have to reconnect every time you reopen the app. I am done with Mattress Firm they are not a good mattress company will be buying directly from the bed companies next time and saving money and not this third party company again. This company has gone downhill.
